4.1 FUNCTIONS & SERVICES OF THE OPERATIONS TEAM
4.1.1 General Functions.
The FIFTY PLUS Operations Team will be responsible for all operational functions at stores and warehouses.
4.1.2 Specific Functions
The Operations Team (OPE) has the following specific functions:
4.1.2.1 Store operations management;
4.1.2.2 Store sales management;
4.1.2.3 Warehouse operations management.
4.1.2.4 Inventory management; and
4.1.2.5 Deliveries between stores and warehouse (WH).
4.2 DUTIES OF THE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
The Chief Operating Officer shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
4.2.1 Assures the smooth store operations and management.
4.2.2 Assures the efficient supervision of store sales.
4.2.3 Enhances sales performance.
4.2.4 Creates work schedules.
4.2.5 Communicates with suppliers.
4.2.6 Deals with customer complaints.
4.2.7 Optimizes and oversees the six core operational processes in warehousing: receiving inventory, putting inventory away, storing inventory, picking orders, packing orders, and shipping orders.
4.2.8 Assures to have the right products in the right place at the right time.
