To provide accurate, timely and quality services to clients to their utmost satisfaction the following targets:

  1. To assure the smooth store operations and management;
  2. To assure the efficient supervision of store sales and enhance sales performance;
  3. To optimize and oversee the six operational processes in warehousing: receiving inventory, putting inventory away, storing inventory, picking orders, packing orders, and shipping orders;
  4. To assure that the right products have been delivered in the right place at the right time; and
  5. To obtain a customer satisfaction rating of at least 90%.
